The Long Version
A lifelong Washingtonian and Georgetown native, Malcolm Dilley blends a deep appreciation for design, art and hospitality with more than a decade of experience creating exceptional client experiences. He began his career at The National Gallery of Art in philanthropy and special events before serving as a sales executive at Susan Gage Caterers, mastering the art of anticipating needs and delivering seamless, memorable experiences.
In 2021 he moved into real estate as an integral partner on one of the region’s top-producing teams, bringing his blend of discretion, strategy and personal care to high-end residential transactions. In the fall of 2025 he founded Malcolm W. Dilley Residential, his own practice dedicated to curating sophisticated Washington lifestyles.
Licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, Malcolm specializes in connecting discerning clients with properties that reflect their taste and their lifestyle. Outside of real estate he enjoys hosting, travel and the Virginia countryside, where he has spent decades horseback riding and promoting open spaces. He lives in Georgetown with his husband, Alex, and their English yellow lab, Parker.
